Lead Pastor Louie Mercer
Louie Mercer is the Lead Pastor at TLC (The Living Cornerstone). Louie has been an Associate Pastor since 2005, ordained through TLC and International Seminary. He has been active in the church since 2001 teaching Adult Bible Study every Sunday and playing drums in the Praise Band. He served under Senior Pastors Howard and Ramona Chadwick. Louie accepted preaching duties after the passing of Pastor Howard Chadwick in July of 2021. Having spent all of his life in public service and higher education, he is excited about engaging people with Jesus Christ

Founding Pastor Ramona Chadwick
Ramona Chadwick and her husband, Howard Chadwick, started TLC in 2000 on a 17 acre campus located on Spruce Creek. She has over 50 years in ministry and has a gift for teaching, preaching, ministering spiritual gifts and administration. She oversaw the construction of a new sanctuary and 10,000sqft state of the art pre-school, TLC Kids Care. She has traveled the world ministering and has 3 Christian albums. Moreover, she played with the popular folk group, “The New Christy Minstrels,” and was the featured singer with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. Ramona has mentored men and women in Christ and in Christian ministry having birthed many other ministries. As the Founding Pastor, she continues to administer and oversee the entire TLC ministry.

Associate Pastor Tracey Mercer
Tracey Mercer is an Associate Pastor (ordained through TLC) and Director of TLC Kids Care (pre-school through Kindergarten). With over 30 years of director’s experience in pre-school, Tracey operates a state of the art pre-school consisting of certified teachers that has earned an outstanding reputation. The school utilizes the ABEKA Christian curriculum and has been certified through the Association of Christian Schools International, (ACSI). Along with working with ACSI as an inspector, Tracey teaches, presents, and offers classes in Early Childhood Development at the pre-school. She has been married to Pastor Louie for over 30 years.

Bonnie Blalock is an Assistant Pastor at TLC. Bonnie was ordained in 2011 and has a bachelor’s degree in Religious Education from International Seminary. She teaches and assists with the day to day operations for the church and pre-school. Her administrative background grew out of working for the University of Central Florida in the College of Education and Student Conduct for 10 years.

Worship Pastor Frank Mercer
Worship Pastor Frank Mercer (ordained through TLC) has lead worship for 38 years. Frank’s experience includes leading worship in both traditional and contemporary settings, leading youth and adult choirs, leading various vocal and instrumental ensembles, and leading worship at special events, retreats, and celebrations. Frank’s passion is to worship God in every way possible and to help others do the same. Frank has been married to his lovely wife, Lynn, for over 30 years.
